Mr. Ramesh Agarwal started his career in the year 1980 as Airman with IAF and worked from 1980 to 1986 with utmost dedication and distinction. He got the best Airman Award at Air Force Station, Chennai amongst 542 cadets. He has served Chennai, J & K, Punjab sectors besides other locations. He is of the firm opinion that military training or work experience must be compulsory for every Indian citizen for at least 5 year period.

Thereafter, in 1988 he ventured into "Packing & Transportation" business at Hyderabad and in a very short span of time he achieved name & fame in this business under the banner "AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS". He also attained recognition as No.1 in the field of packing and moving countrywide. His company was crowned with Bharat Udyog Ratana in the year 2000 & Parivahan Shreshta by Hon'ble Vice President of India in the 2004 for its excellent services.

Agarwal Packers & Movers also has been reckoned as the "Leader & Most Successful Packers & Movers" and honoured by Business Sphere Award 2005 by Minister of Industries (Delhi) Sh. M R Singhal. In Aug. 2006, he was conferred with "Samaj Ratan" award by Punjabi Bagh Janmashtmi Samiti. Total customer satisfaction & customer delight & providing most efficient, innovative & economical solutions with special emphasis on customer care have been driving the Agarwal Movers Group's business ethics since its inception.
